By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using any software product provided by Autocratic Solutions ("we", "our", or "us"), you ("the user") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must not use our products or services.

Autocratic Solutions provides automated trading software (Expert Advisors) designed for use on the MetaTrader 4 platform. Our products are tools intended to assist with trade execution based on algorithmic strategies. We do not guarantee profits, specific returns, or the elimination of trading losses. Past performance, whether demonstrated through back-tests or live results, is not indicative of future results. The user accepts full responsibility for all trading decisions and outcomes resulting from the use of our software. Autocratic Solutions, its owners, developers, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any financial loss, missed opportunity, or damage arising from the use or inability to use our products.

Forex and CFD trading carries a high level of risk and may not be suitable for all investors. You should carefully consider your investment objectives, level of experience, and risk appetite before using automated trading software. There is a possibility that you could sustain a loss of some or all of your investment. You should not invest money that you cannot afford to lose. By using our products, you acknowledge and accept these risks in full.

All payments are processed through third-party payment gateways. Autocratic Solutions does not store or have access to full credit-card or banking details. Upon successful payment, a software license key will be issued to you. Each license is tied to a single MT4 account number and is non-transferable unless explicitly approved by our support team. License activation, delivery details, and account binding are handled via our Telegram support channel after payment confirmation.

As our products are digital software licenses, there is no physical shipping involved. License keys and installation files are delivered electronically. Delivery typically occurs within 30 minutes of payment confirmation but may take up to 24 hours during peak periods. If you have not received your license within 24 hours, please contact our support team with your payment ID.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery of license keys, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds once a license key has been generated and delivered. If you experience technical difficulties that prevent the software from functioning as described, our support team will work with you to resolve the issue. In exceptional circumstances where the software demonstrably fails to operate as advertised and cannot be fixed, a refund may be considered at our sole discretion. Refund requests, if applicable, must be submitted within 7 days of purchase with a detailed description of the issue and supporting evidence.

All software, algorithms, code, designs, documentation, and branding associated with Autocratic Solutions are our intellectual property and are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, decompile, distribute, resell, or create derivative works from our products without express written permission. Violation of these terms may result in license revocation without refund and potential legal action.

Automated trading software depends on stable internet connectivity, broker server availability, and correct MT4 platform configuration. Performance may be affected by factors outside our control, including but not limited to: Broker execution speed and slippage. Internet latency or disconnection. VPS downtime or resource limitations. MT4 platform updates or bugs. Market conditions such as extreme volatility, low liquidity, or flash crashes. We recommend running our software on a reliable VPS with a low-latency connection to your broker for optimal performance.

Our website and communications may contain links to third-party websites, tools, or services. These links are provided for convenience and informational purposes only. We do not endorse, control, or accept responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or availability of any third-party site.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or the use of our products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nashik, Maharashtra, India.

Autocratic Solutions reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of our products and services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
